Quality Control

Product safety is our top priority for all baby items. From raw material sourcing to finished goods delivery, we enforce a comprehensive, multi-layered quality control system across every production stage.With ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications, we continuously optimize our quality management system. Adhering to strict standards and professional craftsmanship, we deliver safe, reliable and premium silicone baby products to global families.


1. IQC (Incoming Quality Control)

Raw Material Management | 100% Incoming Inspection

We only partner with top-tier silicone material suppliers certified with ISO9001 and ISO14001. All raw materials are food-grade platinum-cured silicone, free of BPA, PAHs, heavy metals and other harmful substances.

All raw materials are accompanied by complete qualification documents, including FDA, LFGB, REACH, Halogen, PAHs test reports and original COA. We conduct 100% inspection for all incoming materials.

Strict inspection standards also apply to plastic parts, stainless steel components, packaging and other auxiliary materials, ensuring all food-contact accessories comply with international safety regulations.


2. IPQC (In-Process Quality Control)

Standardized Workflow & Multi-point Routine Inspection

Mold Management

Each mold undergoes three trial runs before mass production to verify dimensions, parting lines and demolding performance against design drawings. During production, all molds are cleaned and inspected every 2 hours to prevent flash, short shots and other defects. Molds will be taken offline for mandatory maintenance once reaching their service life limit.


Production Environment

We operate dedicated cleanrooms. All on-site staff wear cleanroom garments, masks, and gloves. Regular microbial tests on indoor air and surface conditions effectively prevent production contamination.


Process Standardization

Key production parameters including vulcanization temperature, duration and pressure are clearly defined in SOP and strictly implemented in daily production. Complete operational records are retained for full batch traceability of production data.


Multi-stage On-site Inspection

We adopt a Three-level First Article Inspection System: operator self-inspection, team leader re-inspection and professional QC verification. Mass production starts only after first articles pass inspection.

QC staff conduct patrol checks every 30 minutes, focusing on product appearance, dimensions, parting lines and flash. Batch sampling is performed at the end of each shift. Non-conforming products are isolated immediately with timely root cause analysis.


3. FQC (Finished Product Quality Control)

Final Product Inspection | 100% Compliance Testing

All finished products undergo one-by-one manual inspection before packaging, covering appearance defects (bubbles, dark spots, material shortage, flash, etc.), dimensional accuracy and core functions such as suction and leak-proof performance.

We conduct a full range of physical performance tests, including tensile resistance, bite resistance, drop resistance, extreme temperature resistance (-40℃ to 200℃), boiling disinfection and dishwasher durability tests.

Our products are regularly tested by ISO17025-accredited third-party laboratories. They fully comply with EN 14372(feeding utensils), EN 14350 (drinking equipment), EN71, CPC, ASTM F963-23, German LFGB and US FDA food-grade safety standards. Relevant test reports are available upon request.


4. OQC (Outgoing Quality Control)

Pre-shipment Audit | 100% Matching, Packaging & Labeling Compliance

Customization Check: Pre-shipment products are strictly cross-checked against the client-approved artwork. For custom orders, we verify logo positioning, size, and spelling. For blank orders, we guarantee 100% plain products without logos.

Packaging & Labeling: We thoroughly inspect custom color boxes, barcodes, labels, and mandatory safety warnings (e.g., suffocation warnings) for compliance, readability, and scannability.

Shipping & Loading: Carton quantities, shipping marks, and gross/net weights are verified against the packing list. Container loading is strictly supervised, and no batch is released without official OQC authorization.


5. System Support & Product Traceability

Our factory is certified with ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System, with all QC procedures implemented in strict accordance with system specifications.

We have established a complete product traceability system. Each batch has a unique batch number for full traceability of raw material suppliers, production date, production team, equipment information and inspection records. All quality issues can be located and resolved within 2 hours.

Our professional customer service team handles quality complaints efficiently. We provide preliminary solutions within 24 hours and deliver complete investigation reports plus corrective action plans within 72 hours.


Final random sampling inspection follows ISO 2859-1 (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4) with General Inspection Level II. The AQL standards are specified as below:

- Critical Defects: 0

- Major Defects: 1.0

- Minor Defects: 2.5

All inspection records are retained for 3 years to ensure full traceability.


6. Continuous Improvement Mechanism

We hold monthly quality review meetings to analyze defective data and customer feedback, identify root causes, and formulate corrective and preventive measures.

Regular quality awareness and operational skill training is provided to all employees to improve overall quality management capabilities.

We continuously invest in R&D and testing equipment, and optimize production and inspection processes to further upgrade product quality and safety.
