Yes, we offer comprehensive OEM and ODM services. Our 15-member R&D team, specialises in innovative, differentiated tableware, teethers and toys that help partners stand out in competitive markets, will fully support all your requirements and provide a wide range of customized services.
For ODM, we can customize logos, product colors, color boxes, labels and outer packaging according to your requirements. We will show you pre-production samples for confirmation before mass production.
For OEM, End-to-end development including market analysis, industrial design, 3D modelling, prototyping, tooling, compliance testing and mass production.

Our standard OEM development lead time is 20-30 working days from concept confirmation to shipment, applicable to all our core categories (tableware, teethers and toys). Our proven, standardized development process is:
1) Concept validation and engineering 3D model finalization
2) 3D printing for dimensional verification, ergonomic testing and iterative refinement
3) Prototype mold fabrication and sample production
4) Final prototype sample submission for your written sign-off

Standard in-stock items: 3-7 business days after receipt of cleared payment.

IQC (Incoming Quality Control)
All raw silicone materials and packaging materials are strictly inspected upon arrival. We verify material composition, safety standards, physical properties and color consistency to ensure all incoming goods comply with food-grade and global certification requirements.

IPQC (In-Process Quality Control)
Our inspectors conduct regular patrol inspections on production lines, monitoring molding, secondary vulcanization and workmanship at every working procedure. Any non-conformities will be corrected immediately.

FQC (Final Quality Control)
Finished products undergo 100% inspection after production. We check appearance, dimensions, sealing performance, functionality, color difference and logo quality including position, clarity and integrity.

OQC (Outgoing Quality Control)
We perform final random sampling inspection in accordance with ISO 2859-1 (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4) General Inspection Level II. Acceptance Quality Limits (AQL) are set as follows: Critical Defects = 0, Major Defects = 1.0, Minor Defects = 2.5. All inspection records are archived for 3 years for full traceability.

Yes. The products can withstand high temperature sterilization. They are safe to use in boiling water, steam sterilizers, dishwashers and microwaves within the tolerated temperature range.

Absolutely. We fully accommodate testing conducted by any ISO 17025-accredited laboratory of your choice, including CPSC-accepted laboratories for the US market. We will provide complimentary pre-production samples for all product categories and our team will fully cooperate with all testing procedures, documentation requirements and timeline commitments.

Platinum-cured silicone uses a high-purity platinum catalyst during the curing process, making it the safest choice for baby products. Compared to ordinary peroxide-cured silicone, it offers specific benefits for our core categories:

Zero residual curing byproducts and no toxic leaching: Critical for teethers that babies put in their mouths.
